Tips and Tricks
What is Blitz?:
Blitz is a game mode where you try to score the highest amount of points possible over a period of either 1 (for Orb Blitz) or 3 (for character Blitz) days by completing tiered difficulty fights.
How to Play:
Create a team of 5 characters from your total roster.
Choose between 3 enemy teams to fight.
If you win the match you start your progression to a higher tier, which multiplies your winnings more with each tier. Win 4 in a row and you advance to the next tier.
2. If it was not the first match of that tier then your win-streak is reset and you have to win 4 more matches in a row to advance to the next tier.

At the end of the Blitz (usually 30 minutes to 2 hours later) you will receive the reward that corresponds to your rank against all other players in your blitz.
There are two reward brackets. If you have been playing the game less than 30 days you are placed in a Beginner's Bracket and only compete against other beginners. After the 30 days you will be automatically placed in the Veteran's Bracket for the next Blitz.
If you lose a match one of two things can happen:
1. If it was the first match of that tier and you lose you drop down one tier level and have to win 4 in a row again to advance back to that tier.
Over the course of the Blitz you will be rewarded with these prizes when you hit the point thresholds and click to collect them. Collect them before the event ends or they will be gone forever.
Ranking
Once a team enters a blitz battle that character is put on a 2 hour cooldown during which you cannot use that character again, unless you pay Blitz Charges. The amount of charges required to use the character again before the cooldown is over increases according to the following chart. If you run out of Blitz Charges you can start paying Cores equal to the amount of Blitz Charges you would have spent. (not worth the cost, FYI).

Blitz Charges
Blitz Charges are used to allow you to reuse characters before their cool-down is over after using them in Blitz. Charges can be obtained in various places in the game. You can only have a max of 500 Blitz Charges (there is a rare exception in tips and tricks)

On Monday, Thursday, and Sunday you have can beat this challenge up to 3 times. The higher challenges reward more charges.
Every day you can earn 100 Blitz Charges by completing 3 villains campaign missions.
